One goal of MASTERthese is to create the vision that students everywhere can learn, grow, and succeed in their education no matter what circumstances they face. It does so through addressing core areas of math, reading, and science through projects, programs, and more. The architects of MASTERthese created it as an exciting “open-source” entity allowing for members to contribute in creative and collaborative ways through our main nonprofit entity and their local chapters.

While we believe all MASTERthese members are contributors and develop skills enabling them to become leaders of tomorrow, these MASTERthese contributors stood out as exceptional in contributions, creativity, dedication, and leadership:

Xuzheng Lang
Distinguished Contributor
awarded with
Extreme Distinction

Mr. Xuzhang Lang earned his award with Extreme Distinction for founding MASTERthese for planning and organizaing the MIT Women’s Initiative Program, and overseeing all MASTERthese operations and projects.

Victoria Dozer
Distinguished Contributor
awarded with
High Merit

Ms. Victoria Dozer earned her award with High Merit Award for conceiving and preplanning the Smart in the Box Program and hands-on management of operations and member efforts spent on operations.

Skylar Ruffner
Distinguished Contributor
awarded with
Merit

Ms. Skylar Ruffner earned her award with Merit Award for conceiving and preplanning of various projects, and for successful fundraising efforts.

Enthusiastic MASTERthese members have already incubated many exciting projects for 2020 and 2021, continuing to strive forward with education and helping others. We look forward to seeing the results of all their efforts.
